"We wanted to book a table last night for dinner. because I have an impediment and needed a certain consideration, the staff was not ready to be so flexible. rude behavior, horrific service! we went elsewhere. the vic lost the business because of the employees who were not willing to do more than the absolute minimum, and were very rude about it. we will not be back soon, nor will we recommend the place. as we are here, are the bad news for the victoria hotel."
