"This particular location of Sunset Grill needs to reduce the number of tables they have or hire more staff. Both would be ideal. The kitchen simply cannot handle the number of customers they are currently set up to seat.My meal this morning took 35 minutes to prepare, after having waited 10-15 minutes to have my order taken. Tables sat waiting to be cleared while more customers queued at the door. Dirty plates and cups piled into trays and left forgotten (temporarily) on ledges.To be clear, I do not hold this against the staff whatsoever. They are charming and pleasant and absolutely helpful whenever they can come by, the issue stems from not having enough time to divide between the mountain of guests they have to serve!The good news is the quality of the food was no different from any other locations of the chain. I travel around the province for work and have frequently been a customer wherever I go.I am glad they aren't trying to cut corners on their food but for the sake of their staff members I hope the owners take initiative to prevent the workload being so overwhelming going forward."

"Always delicious, great service. The smells when you walk into this place are too die for. Whether it's pasta pizza or even the coffee everything is top notch. No complaints ever."

"Had dinner out with friends during the week. Our server was attentive and pleasant but our food orders took a long time to arrive because of a large special group in one of the rooms. My food, as well as my wife's, left a lot to be desired. The Caesar salad was good but they sprinkled powdered Parmesan cheese on it instead of shaving real Parmesan as they used to do.My veal parm was very so so. I love veal but this dish left me wanting. The small piece of veal was overcooked and the breading was soggy. There was so little cheese on it I wondered if I had ordered the wrong thing. I suspect they kept the first dishes that were cooked back in the kitchen until all 8 meals could be served which allowed my meal to get soggy. Several of the our group commented that the food was not as good as it was in the past having slipped a couple of notches.Personally I will not return since there are other Italian restaurants in the area that are better for less money."

"We have been long time Sinatra's customers but after a few so-so lunches hadn't been back for a while. Tried it again today and found things have still not improved. There was almost no sauce on either sandwich, and the mushrooms on mine were hard to find. The meat was dry as well, and combined with the kaiser (more on this in a moment) I found the whole sandwich a very poor experience. It used to be that the sauce and mushrooms oozed out of the sandwich in a delicious mess and the sauce was quite excellent. I couldn't even taste it today.Back to the bun...if there is one thing I have always had a beef about, it was the bun. A large kaiser bun, it is too much bread and the wrong flavour for an Italian sandwich. Still, the quantity and quality of the sauce has had me overlook it...until now. I doubt I will be back, and that is too bad. I like to support local eateries."

"We have been going here for several years now to get our fish chip fix. It has been quite awhile since we ordered from here at least 5 months. It must be under new ownership as the staff has changed and the quality of the food has. Will not be coming back as I couldn't finish my meal do to the food quality."
