"Ate here last night and although I can't say the food was bad in terms of flavors it was reasonably tasty and the meat was tender something about these huge, fatty, meaty and cheesy meals appal me. Don't get me wrong, I love...a good hamburger, or a steak, or bacon, or a cold cut, or pork belly, I'm not a queasy type. But this is too much. To me, it's just gross. Potatoes swimming in oil, a gigantic cut of ham swimming in butter and swathed in a thick, fatty layer of skin, it just doesn't appeal to me. If I have to eat a 3000 calorie meal, I can think of so many better ways to spend those.. However, this all comes down to personal taste. Having stopped in the Alsace on the way home from Italy this meal got me missing Italy already.."

"Coming with a group of customers (a family with 3 babies), I was unpleasantly surprised by several aspects: 1- The reception was cold and unpleasant 2- We were installed upstairs, forcing us to climb the strollers by a narrow staircase. The table was not erected when we arrived. We had to wait 30 minutes in the middle of the room. 4- We received the drinks 1 hour after our arrival, the entrances arrived very staggered 30 minutes later and finally the dishes after 2 hours. Not only has our travel program been completely shredded, but also we were entitled to dishes that were not for our table, and that were then taken away from us, and even to a beer rain on one of the customers because of the misaddress of the server. Every time we asked for something, drinks, bread... we had to stop the waiter several times. In short, very disappointed, yet I had kept a good memory during my last visit. PS: No commercial gesture has been made."

"Waitress was very "cold" with us which surprised us as not in line with the oyher local people we met in shops. Food was just fine for a quick lunch. Interior makes one think of a medieval tavern...very nice atmosphere"

"French onion soup was really good. It was only 5.40€ but seemed to have 6€ in cheese alone????????. Salad was good and fresh. All the girls working were always moving. I would visit again and recommend it to others looks for a solid meal."

"Although we entered the restaurant in good time for lunch the lady serving was not very welcoming or polite. She did not seem suited to the hospitality industry and everything seemed to be an effort. The ladies toilet had a sign warning of a €10 fine for urinating anywhere but in the toilet which caused me great amusement and was a first. It's a shame because this place has a good kitchen but it was badly let down by the front of house."

"We ended up spending a couple of evenings here and also visited during the afternoons for a sit down and a cold beer. The staff were so lovely despite our poor French. Their chips are amazing and the local stew is outstanding. I wish I'd known enough French to ask for the recipe. Prices were very reasonable, the menu is based on local, homecooked dishes, the wine was outstanding and the service was always with a friendly smile.Look out for the daily visit of the local stork who swoops down and stands outside the kitchen door waiting for a few scraps. It's an amazing sight at an amazingly homely little restaurant."

"La chica de la foto que subo con esta opinión nos trató peor que a ratas, parecía que le molestara que entraramos a consumir...fue la persona más desagradable que me ha atendido nunca...al salir me quedé mirando si era solo a nosotros, peo no, a las demás personas que entraron les trató igual.Si esta chica tiene un mal día, que no lo pague con los clientes, ellos no tienen la culpa.Justo en frente hay otra boulangerie, mejor ir a ese otro sitio."
