"Delivery took an hour! When we opened our food (chicken chow mein and general tso's) we realized the chicken chow mein was not....chow mein. There were no noodles present. We called Wan Jing Lou to tell them that we had received a dish that did not have noodles in it, and what we got was some sort of explanation that chow mein was not a noodle dish, but a vegetable! I'm sorry, but every google picture for miles shows chow mein including NOODLES. The dish we received was disgusting. We continued to tell the woman on the phone that we were not happy with what we received and that their menu was misleading if they are giving people chow mein dishes without noodles (mein), and all we ended up getting was a racist comment about how white people always complain. Good luck with your customer service."

"The employees of the frontend were not particularly welcome despite a reservation. to get many mix-ups sitting on our party - first person arriving was sitting in the back room, but assured that the personal would let others know where to find the party. the rest of the party sat in the front room. when the person on the back this discovered and asked to move the server was really angry, although it was not the fault of the customer. the new server in the front room was more friendly, but the service was really rushed- any cure that arrived before the table had ended the current cursor. eating was in order, but nothing special. designed with taking out a really good old from the bartender, there are...more"

"DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!Before visiting a new restaurant I typically read the reviews. Since the negative reviews were awhile ago my daughter and I decided to eat here. My daughter didn’t have an issue with her food -she ordered Ramen and said it was not the best but okay. I, on the other hand, ordered the chicken bulgogi and it was not palatable. So after a few delivery guys left I approached the counter and asked the young lady who took my order if I could get something different because my meal did not taste right she said let me let you talk to the chef. The chef asked what was wrong and I told him the bulgogi did not taste right. He continuously asked what was wrong with the taste and I told him I couldn’t explain what was wrong with flavor but I didn’t like it. He became condescending making statements like you do know every Korean restaurant food is not going to taste the same….he then proceeded to say “it cost me money to make this food” and I replied “it cost me money to eat this food.” At this point it was easy for me to see he was not trying to ensure that I had a positive experience so I threw the food away. Not sure, if the chef is also the owner but a word to the wise be careful how you interact with people because you never know who someone is and who they know ? I am glad to have a local food critic in my circle that specializes in local eats."

"Our friend invited us for a meal. He ordered Sizzling plate combo with seafood assortment. We chose Cajun spicing medium hot which was perfect. This plate is only available before 4 pm. The food was delicious and eating with your gloved hands was an interesting experience."
