"These guys make the best pizza and food. Used them as long as I've lived here. Friendly and they know my order and its always ready within 15 mins of my call. Plus delivery is quick."

"A change of ownership also brings a menu change. Ordered a dinner for six . No noodles were included in this opinion. Only one small rice was provided. Unfortunately the rice was absolutely flavourless.The portion of food provided was definitely not enough for six. We absolutely loved this restaurant for many years. Due to the poor quality and reduced portion sizes We won’t be back. Very disappointing."

"Three fundamental things in food business: taste, price and size. Chili House has them all. No wonder they are busy most of the time. Fried rice was tasty, ginger and spicy beef was top notch. Definitely will go back."

"Besides being a very handy location, this restaurant is our "go to"place!Beautifully renovated with the new owner a while ago and renamed, many of the staff remained! Exceptional service always!! Wonderful menu, with specials changing with the day. Best Caesar salad tastes like the kind that used to be made fresh at your table!Good wine list and cocktails! Fabulous pastas! All the right touches that make you feel pampered and we always leave happy!"

"This is the kind of place I don't want to leave a good review because it's my favourite spot in the area and I don't want it to be overrun with people. But, fair is fair, they deserve 5 stars. The coffee, hot food, sandwiches, cured meats, pastas and sauces, specialty items and even a killer selection of wine are ALL top notch. Best of all friendly and knowledgable service always above and beyond what one would expect. I appreciate the effort. MOLTE GRATZIE."

"Have been to this place many times over the last several years. Was always awesome pizza. Always made excellent pizzas and curries. Ordered two pizza's after my kids soccer game. Never checked the box because they are always good. This last time we were driving down the road back home and the kids couldn't wait so they opened the box. One pizza was burnt and the other was under cooked. Called the place back to tell them because in the past they fix any mistakes. She said oh sorry. We had a new girl making pizza and went to hang up and I said well are you going to give me a credit for next time or what?? She said again we had a new girl sorry. I said that is not my fault. She hurrily said we will give you a new pizza next time then. I said don't you want to take my name down? She said no. Just tell the person when you order. So today, just two days later, I thought I should get the replacements before too much time passes. I call and the person answering says they have no record of a free pizza on their pad. Puts me through to a manager and he says they have no record, sorry. I tell him the story and said how would I know you had a new person making pizza unless someone told me? He said the best I can do is give you $5 off your order. Of course I complained still and voiced my dissatisfaction. The problem is that this place is too busy. When they are that busy they don't care if they tick one person off. They lost one regular customer tonight. Plus I will tell everyone here and everyone I bump into not to go there. Was it really worth it? The owners should fire this manager because clearly he has no people skills or understanding of how good service works. There is TONNES of pizza joints around Surrey. Don't order from here. Go to the others who I am sure will value the money you spend there. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND INDICATE SO***"
