"I found a shard in my salad today and reported it. There was a new salad, but no excuse. When I paid, the price was not calculated from the card, but the price on a card behind the counter was calculated. Here again no word of apology let alone a legacy or the like. My initial enthusiasm for the café has been greatly reduced by various previous experiences. I can't recommend it anymore."
