"The view is beautiful and the grounds are lovely; however, the hotel is very dated and in need of a total makeover. The restaurant is very good but the service is horrible! I understand that it is more difficult to operate during the Pandemic but...last night we sat at our table and our dinner came one hour later! We had nothing on our table and the staff makes zero effort for the inconvenience. Today we went for breakfast. We arrived at and now it is am and still nothing on our table! Unacceptable!!"

"The welcome by the hostess was cold. the really ordinary service, the waitress never came back to ask us how the meal is and to save us from the water. the seafood inguinies, which was ventilated in another opinion, had no taste and the portion was ridiculous! we wanted to take coffee and desserts but the waitress never came back to see us, so we left after running after the bill. unpleasant experience, I do not recommend with the variety of restaurants in this area"

"I haven't been to this restaurant for several years and I have to say that the food served was excellent. Soup and pepper and basil salmon were really delicious! very varied menu. difficult to make a choice. Well... space is restricted and curiously divided. Our section was tiny. the main point to be improved is at the service level. a little more enthusiasm from the server and more explanation about the menu would be greatly appreciated!"

"Excellent service, excellent food, very generous portions. ate for $50 in the table d'hôte a thigh of canard confite, and in entrance for me a salmon tartare and my chum of the goat... all was excellent and the really beautiful presentations. we can change the dessert for the soup of the day...the pottery of organic vegetables of charlevoix was also delicious."
