"Update: 04/26/2022 After a review with the management team. We decided to give 4 rivers another attempt. We ordered slim versus damp (too fat) brisket, okra, frits, green beans, Mac and cheese. The shares in Brisket were a little better. The smoke and seasoning is not what we are using with 4 rivers, but the overall taste was pretty good. The frits and okra are kept warmer in a fantasy. Surprisingly, they both tasted quite crispy. The rest of the food was also delicious. As for the service, it was never questionable how it was always five stars. Besides, the place is clean and the food is served quickly. All spices are easily available. Overall, the experience was much better than the last time and we hope that this will be the norm. I will update my experiences. In the meantime, please stop and try them. Update: 04/08/2022 Four rivers just don't make it as they use it. Note that the okra is now stored in a warmer after cooking where it is used to order. Was stale and just not fun eating. The brisket sandwich?s have less meat at a higher cost. I know because we've been smoking since the days of the Ave Park. In all fairness I get growth, etc. But lovers of BBQ pay a premium for good food and 4 rivers have just fallen off the car. "I'm a little confused. This place is called Stack’s and has a logo of pancakes, but does not actually seem connected to the stacks in Burlingame and Menlo Park. "This place is really not the same anymore. I asked for scrambled eggs got sunny side, my toast had NO BUTTER. My homefries were NOT IT. The lady forced 3 meals 3 oatmeals and 2 coffes in a bag the coffe was spillin over in the bag. Another lady there was given her bag which had melted on the spot and her items spilled. She told the lady to give her a new bag because she didnt properly secure her HOT food in a brown bag first and she literally went back and forth with her instead of just apologizing and securing her food"
