"I go to this BK once a year, for the last few years. Why once a year? For as long as it takes for me to forget how terrible this place is. Through the ride thru, ordered a Bacon King, no cheese. The person who took my order even repeated the “no cheese” back to me. Waited about 10 minutes until the order was completed before me, got my food, and due to past experiences, decided to review my burger. Of course it had cheese on it. I gave it back very politely. She said very polite, they would regain it. She gave me my new burger and apologized. I returned to work to eat my lunch, and noticed that they had returned the same burger to me, but scraped off with the cheese. I didn't ask for much, in fact, I asked for less than what I paid. I don't expect the most extraordinary service of every fast food place, but I expect what I ask and pay for. I never had problems with another BK ever. Just this one."

"Havent had BK in years, now I remember why. Everything was cold, like frigid! Cheese was not even melted on burger, tasted like an old cafeteria burger. Recieved wrong wrap. Fries/ onion rings cold, mozz sticks cold. Chix fries also tasted cold and old. No one wanted to eat any of it. Worst food ever, such a waste of money."

"I rarely go to burger king because of the experiences in recent years. terrible customer service and the waiting time were always crazy. It was very different tonight! I thought I would try. I grew up on her, and it sounded so good. I asked about the 2 for $6 I found out was no longer available. I was quickly informed about the 2 for $5 and included the list of all the elements. I was already impressed by the guy who took my order (what I had got his name.) I agreed the 2 for $5 and got both the original chicken sandwich with an order of chickens. both items were hot and fresh. Waiting time was less than 2 minutes. the man who takes my order deserves to be recognized and maintain it because I am back! not sure whether he was responsible, but it was the best service in years. from 1230 o'clock 1 o'clock to 6/5/2022. great job youngs"
