"Very unfortunate to have eaten hear alone. After bring seated at a booth for two , which I did not request, I placed my order and received coffee. Then I was approached by the owner in a most excited, hostile manner, telling me that I never should have been seated at a booth. That was a mistake. It could get very busy . It was 2 pm and there were several empty tables and booths and no crowd waiting. I asked if he wanted me to leave. No, I was told, but he hoped that I wasn 't planning on having a leisurely meal . He hoped that I would be quick and not take my time . He kept on firing comments at me and did not relent. I almost spit out my coffee. He has no consideration for me as a patron. I was made to feel insignificant and unwanted. I actually felt bad for my server who kept apologizing although his employer did not. I ate quickly and told the owner how I felt before leaving. He saw how upset I was and offered an empty apology with excuses. I said that I hoped he never had anyone speak to him that way or to make him feel small. I left wondering if he had a problem with single people dining, woman, or if he was just a jerk. Possibly all three? Still empty booths when I left. The pancakes just weren 't that good or worth the negative experience."

"Their turkey burger with aioli sauce is very spicy and always a hit. I'm a picky eater could never find anything else that I liked but that turkey burger with aioli sauce is AMAZING! Also their grilled chicken salad HUGE portions to last a while."

"Delicious food. I had the cheese omelet and it was great. We were a party of 10 and took two tables. The waitress was nice. If you get the omelet, they will ask if you want it flat or fluffy. The fluffy was delish. My brother has the apartment and he said it was good. The place is a beautiful little diner with a jukebox."

"Unassuming restaurant with extensive menu that covers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can be a very popular destination during breakfast and lunch.We have frequented the Olympic Flame on several occasions, predominantly for lunch and breakfast.There are no frills but Ive always found the food satisfying. The burgers are worth the price, and Mario who runs the restaurant is personable, efficient and on point.Good no frills food at a decent price."

"We are from out of town. The food and service was exceptional. This is definitely the best restaurant meal we had in PEC and would definitely recommend this over Flame+Smith which had similar food fare. Seedlings is more organized, relaxed, and easy. All great qualities for a good meal from a restaurant."
