"I usually love West. This was a different expereience. I ordered my appetizer and the waiter came back and told me that it would be about 10 minutes because they were cleaning the kitchen. Seemed strange for them to be cleaning the kitchen at dinner time and to tell me. I ordered the French Dip recommended by the waiter. It was the driest sandwich and meat with no au jus. I want to love this restaurant but this did not make me want to eat at WEST."

"There are not many still open in the St Louis market, most had poor customer service. This location is a bright shining star. Our waitress today was awesome, the food was served quickly, and she was very attentive without being overly so. If all the locations had service like this, they would still be open. Keep up the great work!"

"Yummy little breakfast spot in Fort Myers! Make sure you arrive early... the line to this place gets really long. Now if that doesn't tell you how good they are! We ordered the pecan cinnamon roll which was absolutely delish. I also ordered the biscuit with sausage egg and cheese and a coffee. The biscuit was one of the yummiest biscuits I've had. Must try if in the area."

"We started with the Caesar Brussels sprouts (crazy delicious! , black and blue flatbread (also delicious and plenty to share and fish tacos (tasted as good as they looked . For entrees two had scallops, one had the gnocchi special and one had the steak tips and we got a side of feta roasted carrots- they were actual tiny carrots!! Everything was good but the whipped potatoes were not as light as I expected. The drinks and dessert were good as well. Service was spot on, friendly but not obtrusive. Don’t let the location throw you, it’s worth a trip."
