"This is partially a tale of two locations. I was full of praise after my visit to their Battery point café. However Victoria Street wasn't quite so good. I walked into the table service area with no acknowledgement. Waited 5 minutes before there were any staff there. It also seemed a restricted menu.However things picked up with a harried but apologetic lady who took my order and then my dish of (3) poached eggs, polenta, chorizo in a ragout turned up soon after. A very hearty and tasty meal for about $13.The cake selection, although less extensive than Battery Point, looked very tempting but I resisted only because of time constraints."

"It is so good to be able to eat without stress. Hubby and I had a great feed and were able to share meals for the first time in over a year. I had the vanilla hotcakes with cooked apple and hubby had the jalapeño arrancini balls. We left with 2 takeaway quiches for breakfast but they were eaten before the day was over."

"The breakfast brioche bungalow was pretty good. the rolls were very soft and warm served. chai latte was a too sweet tade for my lust, but if they have a sweet tooth, this could be suitable for them."

"Oh my. This was one of those random Google finds that leads to awesome town. I had the pepper pie which was fantastic, but left me wanting more. I grabbed a sausage roll chaser that was easily the best I've ever had. Thanks heaps Rick!"

"Just went in at 5:15pm on a Monday and did not get served as they were completely packed up and we got turned away! Yet the opening hours on the website clearly states it is open until 6pm, I was very disappointed."
