"Never been to a bad Greggs but it 's my daughters favourite treat every Saturday after swimming. The staff are brilliant and always great with our 2 kids. My Son is only 16 months old and gave him a bit of a sausage roll. The mess from the pastry was horrific. I asked for a brush and cloth to clean it up as I was ashamed to leave the place like that and they refused, instantly coming to the table to sort it themselves, laughing with us at what he had done, not making us feel bad about it in any way. They always ask what is for the kids and give us the cooler food or warning us if it 's hot as I 'm sure sometimes the food is cooked in a nuclear reactor. Lovely to see people value your custom and actually care about you in a pie shop ."
