"I was there spontaneously with friends. I just ordered a cocoa. There was nothing to complain about. But my friends ordered waffles. Apparently the eggs were bad or similar. In any case you could not eat the waffles! They were unfit. We complained and just wanted our money back. But we don't have a new one. The one waffle that was already better, but the other was just as unpredictable. We're not going there anymore. I'd just give a star. But since the situation was pretty, I'll give two."

"A very simple railway café, while we waited for our train. This is not the type of restaurant to enjoy a full meal, we were just looking for a bit fast to lift the hunger tanks. Had a very simple... German sausage with potato salad and a bun and a few glasses of riceling. Track 9 filled the bill that the food was well prepared, the potato salad was good and delicious, exactly what we hoped. A very beautiful wine. Service was friendly and fast. We would eat there again, we should visit Cochem again by train and want something quick and easy."

"We quickly tired of the busy, to loud, to pricy restaus on the west side of the river, found this jewel and would recommend it to everyone. Can't remember if they have an English menu, but the staff helped us enjoy a great meal and... of course the local wines."

Die Pommes sind super sowie der Spiesbraten, die Hamburger und Saschlik, Die anderen Speisen haben wir nicht probiert aber sahen auch sehr lecker aus. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kein Vergleich mit den vielen Nepplokalen, die die Strassen von Cochem pflastern."
