"After 2 and a half weeks of restaurant searching in cusco, I can truly say that this is one of the best restaurants in the city. The meals are top quality fine dining (I had the braized beef jaw which was fantastic), the staff is professional and the atmosphere is great (though unexplicably empty!). The real kicker is that some of the main dishes here are at an extremely reasonable price despite the quality - around 35-40 soles for most dishes. The others are a bit more expensive (up to 60 soles). Still, as a backpacker - I was astounded by the experience and what I received relative to the price I payed and had such a great time here - both times I went. I can't recommend this place enough!!"

"Don Bigote(Mustache) is the Man and the Resturant for Cusco. Spent 10 days and it was the best meal I had during my trip. I got their special, which was a sample of 4 different meats. The chicken is fantastic, the pork was great, the two varieties of sausage were good. I am not used to eating the amount of carbs that are usually served with most Peruvian meals, so it was heaven to find a place that I could eat the protein that I am accustom to and supplement it with a variety of healthy veggies which they served buffet style. Everything is within walking distance in the downtown district and Don Bigote is definitely worth the walk depending on your hote. My only regret was discovering it on my last day in Cusco. Try it, you and your taste buds will thank me for it."

"I wish I had a photo of the steak we had absolutely phenomenal with the garnels. their heating lava plates? that they put up the food were awesome and actually heated our food throughout the evening can not recommend this place enough! I also eaten noodles and the spicy noodle soup hit the place!"

"Husband & I went to this pub at lunch time, as husband was missing a traditional breakfast & he knew they served one all day. He was very disappointed as he said the sausages tasted like a cheap sausage & the taste kept repeating on him. I had chicken & veg soup which came with garlic bread, I have to say once I seasoned it with salt n pepper it was very tasty. Both dishes were very big portions. Staff behind the bar was very pleasant."

"Arrived needing lunch at 3 pm. Setting was gorgeous. Three travellers, long day, incredibly kind staff. His English was better than our Spanish. After asking where we were from he gave true Peruvian welcome, free delicacies and the wifi password, and Generous meals were hearty and well priced."
