"The reservation was OK. Unfortunately only a menu, not a la carte New Year's Eve but it wasn't announced. Ordered a starter and main course. The starter came an hour later. Big plate, very little on it, then nothing went to Sunde. Probably a lot to do on such an evening ... When we asked, it turned out that our order had been forgotten and the main courses were brought to us later. Was good but eaten within. We then stopped the fun at this point. That cost us and we left hungry and angry"

"Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war nicht laut. Die Kirche nebenan hört man zwar früh morgens (bei geschlossenem Fenster), aber ich hatte schon "lautere" Kirchen nebenan. Ob sie nachts auch läutet weiß ich nicht, das habe ich wenn dann nicht gehört.Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad ebenso... das ist insgesamt auch noch recht neu.Das Bett ist nicht durchgelegen.Das einzige was in dem Zimmer fehlt sind ein zwei Kleiderhaken an der Wand.Das Frühstück ist solide. Kein Buffet, sondern frische Brötchen, ein bisschen Wurst & Käse, Ei, Marmelade + etwas Joghurt und Müsli. Obst gab es auch, allerdings nicht aufgeschnitten oder besser in Salatform. Mit dem "Frühstückswerkzeug" eine Orange zu schälen oder eine Kiwi find ich hinderlich. Hätte mir einen richtigen Obstsalat gewünscht.Insgesamt ist das Frühstück eher für "Süße", nicht viele Alternativen bei Wurst & Käse, was mich persönlich nicht stört.Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits von der Innenstadt, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und man kann auch mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren (ca. 15-20min)Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Gasthaus/Restaurant, in dem gutbürgerlich gekocht wird. Die Preise sind ok, eher ans Innenstadtniveau angepasst.Das Essen war gut, der Service war ok... man war etwas abgelenkt von einer größeren Gesellschaft, die überall zwischen den Tisch umherstanden! Das war etwas störend."

"I was in the stars last time as part of a senior management. Stem dinner, mixed roasts, late velvet sauce. Thank you, but thank you. Served to a work dinner in the beer garden and really felt comfortable. Reduced lunch card with the unavoidable schnitzel siblings, but also filled paprika, self-containing salmon, flame cake. Not worldwide, but in attractive quality. Very attentive, fleeting service, even the kitchen reacts quickly, at any meal a salad from the buffet, reasonable prices. The beer garden is located next to the local under ancient Robinia, which form a beautiful contrast to the red beech at the well. Magnificent tranquility, relaxed atmosphere. The guest room itself remains patient in a renovation, I thought all the time, my seniors from then were still there..."

"Touris über Touris! Immer voll. Bedienungen sind meist aus der Studentenschaft, engagiert, manchmal überfordert. Der nahegelegenen Seepark mit FKK-Gelände und ruhigen Oasen bietet Ausgleich. Trotzdem ist das Lago wirklich empfehlenswert. Angegliedert ist das Bürgerhaus, wo oft Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Hier läd das Lago zur Rekreation ein. Theologe Michael M. P. Wittmann"

So good that we made reservations for brunch on Sunday and will enjoy walking up the hill again...and this time knowing what awaits us!"
