"Glad to see this cosy cafe open again. Just a few yards from the main road in North Kilworth. What I had to eat was locally purchased from quality suppliers which was clearly evident in the sausages. Coffee was great don't normally have two in a row but for once an independent cafe doing much better than the big chains."

"Great cycle-friendly coffee stop. the coffee is quite expensive and is massive, the latte were pretty big anyway. there is a farm at the entrance to the coffee shop with horses."

"Went with my sister for something to eat on a Sunday afternoon. The place is a nice traditional pub with seating indoors and out. Toilets were clean. We both chose the beef roast, my sister liked it more rare and myself more medium. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every item well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The beef serving was generous. Every bite was tasty the carrots, the potatoes, the green veg. The food was served nice and warm, perfect temperature. The girl serving was very pleasant and helpful as well as the chap serving the food and both came round asking whether we wanted more gravy. Great food, great location, great service. Well done."

"Came with a friend to take advantage of special offer on a Saturday lunchtime. I had booked a table in the bar area due to bringing my dog and we were shown to a nice window table in the dog friendly area. The staff immediately offered a bowl of water for my dog and brought him some treats. The meal was nicely served and nicely hot. The staff were attentive and friendly. Whilst we were leaving getting our coats another customer felt ill and a member of staff escorted them to their car. Unfortunately as they approached from behind me my dog and I got in their way. This was not a problem to us and on our way out the member of staff approached us and apologised for pushing my dog out of the way. My dog was not bothered by this and nor was I but the courtesy shown to us about this was much appreciated . Little things like this and the offer of a dog bowl make a visit to places more enjoyable. Thank you for your courtesy and consideration."
