"We are on holiday. We searched reviews and decided Dos Hermanos for breakfast. The location has street and lot parking and ADA access. We were greeted by Melissa and promptly seated at clean table served chips and salsa and our beverage order was taken. I asked our server Melissa if I could sample of the menudo before deciding to order or not. She was very accommodating. I found many items on the menu so tempting I had a difficult time choosing. My husband ordered the American breakfast and I ordered the sausage fajitas. They both were yummy. Our coffee was good and our cup was refilled by both Melissa and Abel. The two of them provided great service for the whole dining room. The restaurant was clean. The music good and not too lous allowing conversation. I definitely will return and recommend this restaurant. I forgot to mention homemade corn tortillas. Great chips and salsa."

"First things first. Failed to follow simple orders. Couldn 't even give a second bag that we asked for. Messed up on my sisters Spicy chicken sandwich. Then when we took it back all they did was put mayonnaise on it, and told my sister that we 're the oneswho messed up on the order. When the cashier even told her that it was meant to be spicy. Took so long to fix our order, ourfries were cold and soggy and the ice in our drinks were melted by the time we left. Horrible costumer service, will not bereturning."

"Fast food but little English was spoken and it was obvious English was not understood ver much. The quality of the food was poor and it was cold. I have never enjoyed a cold hamburger, have you? I drove a nlock away and bought a delicious hot hamburger andfries at Carl's Jr. I should have gone there in the first place. I sure will the next time."
