"Could order on seperate bills because it is too hard for her lazy back. they literally told us that it is possible, but they still ordered us together. I ordered carbonara. it was okay, but the sauce looked like it was once overcooked and the second time undercooked. the portions were very small and on plates so small I hardly managed to keep my food on it without spilling. I could do it better. the toilet on the upper floor had no water so my friend could not even wash their hands after using the toilet before eating."

"We booked this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel. It's interesting because although most of the diners are tourists it isn't really a tourist place. Most people were there on the recommendation of a local. So, what you get is an authentic Tuscan restaurant that understands how to cater for visitors. It is within the city walls but a little bit out of the way so you have to know you are going there. The food and service are excellent with lots of choice of meats and fish. We shared starters of calamari (a must try! , polenta with grilled smoked cheese and Russian salad. for mains 3 had roast pork and one fried cod. We couldn't fault any of the dishes."
