"Went inside for order sign said 10-15 min wait. Was 45 min wait. In that time there were more customers who came in and those who were already waiting. One lady was there waiting for 40min. Crew gave her cold sausage. Gave her the warm one but did not add her mustard or onion. She waited and crew asked her 2 times within 10 mins again what went on her sausage. In this time the boy who took our order got off his shift and ordered food and walked out with his order while we were still waiting and the people before us were still waiting. Crew made sure his order was ready for him getting off his shift with fresh food but no one else. Girl who did salad was literally brain dead standing and starring poking around scraping salad off the counter into bowls and using them for orders. Lady who filled pickles took a pickle out and ate it with her bare hand in front of all customers. Finally got our order because we came up with ticket asking where it was. Didn?t have cake but charged us for cake when we ordered. Literally the worst service I?ve ever experienced. Staff crew members where lazy and not attentive. Fed the staff their food before taking care of waiting orders. Did orders wrong over and over with several customers drinks and food and order handled where crossed with great contamination. Really bummed about this.. won?t ever go again."

"I cannot recommend this place enough! I've never tried to get a calzone duel here before and I'm a DP-Dough fan for that. they have several vegan options and even vegan cheeze sticks! they are open super late and also supply."

"Went late to Cornbelter's game. I started waiting for something, because they're just busy. The waitress got our drinks and mine, the coke was nasty and so was the root beer of my son. She tried management to repair her new style coke machine, but said they couldn't. I got Dr. Pepper, it was better, but still not great. Still accused me of the drink. Alone, I have everything you can eat eggs of haschbrowns and pancakes. Never asked if I wanted a refill that was openly overcooked hashbrowns and pancakes were not their normal good. The guy came in and said he wanted to order, but the phone was busy. The waitress says I know it's from the hook and closes the kitchen. The guy says it's only 11:30 that you close at 12, she says it's 11:27 how ignorant and the guy rolls his eyes and runs out. I notice that they are short staff, but come up to take care of your customers, especially if they are only three tables throughout the restaurant. I thought it was bad on Oakland, but this one takes the cake. We will not return to this place and go to Oakland only."

"I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately one star is the lowest possible rating. Although the food isn't horrible, while picking up my pizza i overheard an employee sexually harrassing not one, not two, but THREE female coworkers. I was expecting a manager to say something, yet everyone just stood and watched. This type of behavior shouuld not be tolerated especially this close to a college campus!! I will be contacting corporate because this is disgusting and not okay."

"The food is great, don't get me wrong. The Squiggle-Fries are excellent! I always order a Chicago style hot dog amazing! But I'm afraid I have a grape. In the 20 times I was there, I only received the right order three times. It's just me. Nobody else in my family saw this. I think it's just Portillo's insider shit at this point. I would suggest eating inside to avoid forgetting your hot dog or pommes. Normal Portillo's Hot Dogs: 4/5 Yeet Boxes"

"We had the best experience at @Firehouse Pizza Fort Jesse. We called in our order, had a friendly conversation over the phone while payment was being taken. Pizza was ready in 15 min, and the drive through pick up couldn’t be more convenient. Don’t be fooled by this smaller location. It is just as mighty and good as any spot in town. All night we keep talking about how easy, friendly, convenient, and delicious this experience was. We really enjoyed our garlic sauce pizza, the flavor was beyond expectations. Check it out!!"
