"Absolutely love this place! Breakfast is awesome! Especially love the omelette and home fries! Bagels are fresh and delicious! Always buy in bulk and my kids love them! I also buy my cream cheese here since its so good. Coffee is great too! Overall amazing place!"

"Store is constantly getting orders incorrect, and today I got hotcakes that were mushy with what seemed to be raw pancake batter. The store has screwed up so many times. They mess up about 75% of the time with atleast something."

"Inviting! Greeted, Seated right away, Nice server, Breakfast was great. Took a little time to get food but was a cool atmosphere to just talk while you wait. Only 1 star off for the wait but could 5 otherwise depending on how you feel about waiting."

"DO NOT go to this restaurant. The service was lacking and slow for no apparent reason, it was empty. I ordered filet mignon, medium well and it was extremely overcooked. The vegetable (broccoli) and mashed potatoes were basic. Not to mention, it took nearly 30 mintues to come to the table after I ordering. I sent it back after trying two bites because I couldn't tolerate it for what it cost. I figured a manager would come over to apologize but nothing. My daughter ordered the shrimp and crab pasta dish in a marinara sauce (why). The shrimp were burned and the sauce was tasteless and dry. I requested extra sauce, with the hopes it would make it better for my daughter to get it down but it didn't. I regret not sending it back as well. After all this my family tried to salvage the night (against my wishes) by ordering dessert (bread pudding and chocolate cake). The chocolate cake looked good but it was so dry and the bread pudding needed ice cream to help it go down. All wasn't lost, the ice cream was good. The bill came to the table and they had the nerve to charge me $8 for the couple bites I took from my plate. I requested to see a manager and was told there was no manager on site. No apology, no anything, for me being left unsatisfied, NEVER AGAIN. So, please do not patronize this establishment unless you want to eat and pay for over priced, basic food and poor service."

"My husband and I are always looking for good Italian food (we are NY/NJ transplants and have been to Italy). We ordered an eggplant parm with penne and a carbonara dish. Both were really good but the garlic bread was awful. Overall this establishment has decent Italian food for Maryland."

"I am glad that I found Ssong’s Hotdog in Towson Town Center! The hotdog is very crispy, fresh, and delicious. Also, price is reasonable and a lot of clean seatings are available as well. I would recommend this place."

"Utterly amazing! Is there anything I can say wrong about this place? Nothing. The food 5 star. Atmosphere 5 star. Ambiance 5 star. And staff 5 star. They make you feel like family here, I mean literally your 'home away from home ' I loved it, and will gladly return over and over again for my favorite dishes and not to mention the best grits in Baltimore hands down. Oh yea I 'll have a few of their refreshing cocktails while I 'm there too ; All around great vibe and a must try if your ever in the area"
