"Very disappointed and nothing like it used to be. Service was bad or nonexistent, was never asked how is everything. Another table seemed to be regulars got fresh pepper on salad and even cheese and red pepper flakes for pasta and we never got any and had to ask for more water. It seemed they were out of dark beer so had over priced wine. The salad is supposed to come at the end of the meal and you're supposed to ask for it if you want it earlier and we never asked and came after appetizers and not sure why. The clams tasted a bit fishy and I had 4 with grit and my wife had 2 with sand grit. The main course were good but the veal was paper thin and not much there, I think we would of been better off going alacart. It would of been nice to know about the service charge for using a card since I had cash with me. It was a disappointing birthday dinner for my wife. When we got in the car she said I hope you don't want to go there for dinner. We had our first date here 29 years ago and it's a shame, what a disappointment."
