"My wife was here and boasted about how great the food was and the service was. So, I have dinner for me and two friends sitting early on the day for an 8 o'clock. we arrived early and it was busy. the dame at the front told us that they can't sit us because they were overbooked and open table accused for the mistake. I understand that this can happen, but she did not seem excessively apologetic, there was as ‘not her fault and not her problem’. very disappointed when I heard so great. make sure that this was actually a problem with open table or the restaurant that gives away our table."
