"Staff are really lovely but the service is so slow, i have been for Saturday breakfast, Sunday lunch pre Christmas evening dinner with different groups we all said it as each time was the same. There seems to be plenty of staff but it takes ages to catch their attention it’s frustrating when you’ve already asked for what you’re looking to try catch their attention again as they have forgotten you. Food is nice but twice the chicken wings had barely any sauce pancakes barely any maple syrup so it’s not just a once off. It’s a gorgeous setting as I said staff are lovely but they definitely need to step it up a bit."
