It is very favored and the leek has a very nice crunch to the dish. It goes very well with rice. The dish is pretty spicy. Twice-cooked pork, Chinese broccoli or peas shoot with fresh garlic, with ginger and scaling, bok choy with black mushrooms, homestyle beans with pork (extra spicy), Singapore Mei fun, eggplant with garlic sauce, and a Szechuan five pepper chicken that will melt your head it so spicy and delicious...
