"The waffles are pretty good and they have a lot of cool options but their prices are high for what you get. They changed their menu so that only a half waffle comes with a meal rather than a full waffle, but the meals still costs about $12-$16 $4 if you want a full waffle). I got a full waffle with a few fruits and it cost me $15, which is way higher than I expected.But, the staff was very nice, so there is no fault to them. Parking was a little difficult in the location. The food took about 15 minutes."

"So good, fresh and amazing! The lines are super long at 10-11 on weekends, but the line calms at noon. You bring coffee while you wait in the line, so that's a treat. The avocado toast and waffles were great! Even the coffee was good, which is hard to find. You have a system that works well, but be ready to wait in line for delicious food. Once it's ordered, it won't take long to get out."

"Don't order from here. Didn?t gave us a syrup for our order of pancakes and waffles, coffee cup was filled halfway, $4 bacon and received 3 small strips. I can't believe they would even try to be cheap for customers. How embarrassing."

"Furmans Coffee in Brooklyn is a hidden gem that I couldn't resist driving from NJ to experience, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff to match. The coffee was exceptional, boasting a rich and robust flavor that left me craving more. Their baked goods were equally delightful, making it a perfect pairing for my morning coffee. Overall, Furmans Coffee is a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts, and the journey from NJ was absolutely worth it."

"Why would anyone open a business in Bed Stuy and allow their staff to treat customers with racism/disrespect? Went there with a friend to get coffee/tea and brunch and we rec 'd horrible service no eye contact, one word answers to our questions, we were told there was no tea available(? and only black coffee(?? , no sugar or sweetener or ice or any kind of milk, no way to customize our coffee. Strange. It seemed like the guy behind the counter just did not want to take our order. He kept busy rearranging things behind the counter. When we asked how much the coffees would be he said $5.50 each. For coffee we can 't even get milk and sugar in? The prices on the website are lower than that and there is a selection of coffees listed there too, as well as artisan tea (I guess the artisan was off that day? We left and ate elsewhere. There was a very weird passive aggressive maybe racist? (my friend said it was def racism vibe to the whole encounter. We were clearly not welcome and you know what? That 's fine because we are never coming back. I can get coffee (or tea the way I like it at any bodega for far less money and without being treated like s**t. Would give negative five stars if I could."
