"Terrible service and terrible management. I asked who was the manager and they said there wasn't one. I asked who was in charge they said the "fool" was in charge. I asked then who was the FOOL i needed to speak to? I wanted to get a side of UDON noodles. They said i could get it. They told me to go somewhere else. This place is over rated, charge too much and don't really care for your business. I saw a bug crawl across my table and they acted like that was nothing. This place is disgusting and should be inspected. Not a place to go out of the back and asked what the problem was. All of a sudden the FOOL wanted to talk to someone. I asked why I couldn't get a side of udon noodle. He said because you cannot without a full order. I asked if i could get a side for extra they said no. This was before the bug incidnent. They told me to go somewhere else . I did. I went Sakura just aBOUT A HALF MILE NORTH AND THEY CHARGED ME $4 FOR A SIDE OF UDON NOODELS. DIDN'T seem TO BE THAT Much OF A DEAL TO THEM. I WILL GO TO SAKURA FROM NOW ON AND DOT WO CAN STRUGGLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND TERRIBLE SANITATION practice . NOT A PLACE TO TAKE YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY. The health department needs to check this place out. I would give ZERO rating but that isn't an option. Terrible staff, terrible "Fools" which apparently is the manager and terrible practices. @"
