"Spectacular food. I chose this place to meet a friend I hadn't seen for over 20 years, the food was amazing. My friend and I didn't know we were chatting for hours and all the other diners were gone long ago. It was over. The staff never bothered us as we gathered our things shamelessly. I appreciate her kindness even more than the delicious menu. I will like to eat the hour drive here again (but more consciously the time! . Thanks for the special evening."

The food is also very good; The starters may seem a little expensive for a gastropub, but for gourmets they are comparable in complexity and taste to dishes in the rich table, a rare find in the outer mission / Bernal. If you are looking for tasty snacks, great cocktails and beer in the neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel."

"We came here after a week after a walk on Main Street. You take reservations, but we could get a table right away when we got in. This is not a meal you want if you are in a hurry. The kitchen needs its time to make your food, as everything is made to order. Our server was phenomenal and gave us updates throughout the entire process. The food is hands down some of the best Italians I had in the awhile! The Calamari was crunchy and fresh. I love the balsamic glaze drizzled up and the sauce was divine. I had filled the gnocchi with ricotta. The blush sauce was creamy and tasty. It was enough for two meals. My friend had the calves that were perfected and fried. The food was just so good that you have to taste it! I can't wait back!!"

"Wow oh wow! Fantastic place for special occasions. It?s one of those restaurants where the food is an art form. They have an open kitchen where you can watch them make your food. For an appetizer, we had the wagyu beef which was amazing. For the next course, we had a stuffed pasta. Their pasta is homemade, but it was a little stiff for my liking. I also wish we had more. The portion felt smaller than our appetizer. Our main courses were scallops and the trout. The scallops were buttery and delicious. Finally we finished with the gelato which tasted more like ice cream, but was still yummy. This is not a place for people with large appetites. The portions are small. My fiancé was slightly disappointed in the size and left a tad hungry. I personally did not mind, but definitely be prepared to order more than just a main course. Service was amazing. Our table was cleaned after every course and they brought fresh silverware. Servers were highly knowledgeable about the menu. It felt like a real treat dining out and we will definitely be coming back."
