"That's delicious. the Roast beef was cooked to perfection, plentiful vegetables to accompany it. my man had the plaice and he thought it was amazing. the deserts were for sticky toffe pudding with stiel ingwer eis to die, and chocolate brownie with passion. fruit sorbet. that was our first visit and we were taken back how polite the staff was. a pretty pub. a hidden gem! we can't wait to return. Thank you."

"Beautiful environment and very relaxed atmosphere. beautiful large parking lot with disabled rooms. we had booked a creamtee that was perfect. a lot to eat. very nice selection. free tea top-up. we felt full at the end and the waiter was very attentive and extremely pleasant. I noticed that they deliver cake boxes if they can't finish everything. they even had little happy birthdays on the table."

"Here we were for the first time on the day of the vater with a group of 9 on two separate tables but still close enough that we could talk to everyone else and they also gave us our food/ drink at the same time. the wine selection is very good and the cocktails were very nice. the food was absolutely delicious, could not owe it. the personal was very friendly and welcoming, I would say it is on the price side, but the quality of everything is worth it. I would definitely return."

"We are frequent visitors of the Albion and love the food. However, after waiting over an hour for our food to arrive last night (and feeling really hungry by this point I was really sad to discover that the Oumph! strips fajitas were really...bad : It was just dry, tough, tastless and almost impossible to digest. Really un pleasant. So much so, i left almost a full dish. When the waitress came to clear away, no mention was made as to had we enjoyed our dinner... she was off. It was incredibly busy last night, which is great to see so staff did not really have time to interact. But please bring back the Quorn, so much better!!"

"Visited for a casual Family lunch, Food was generally good and well presented. One of our party had a Chicken dish which after cutting appeared to be under cooked in the middle, with red Blood seeping, This was pointed out to staff who apologies, stated that the dish would not be charged on the bill and offered alternatives, Our party member chose a Nacho dish which she was happy to pay for as an alternative, when the replacement disc was served the staff member again apologised, and stated that the as a token of good will that the Nacho dish would be 'Free of Charge '. When the Bill was received, we paid 'Without checking '. After then looking closely at the bill we noticed that both the Chicken dish and the Nacho dish where charged and paid for, one of our party spoke to a staff member regarding this, who offered a part refund on chicken dish, stating 'half of the chicken dish had been eaten ' and 'the Nacho dish was not offered as free of charge ', staff attitude became rude and verbally aggressive with raised voices, and ended with a door being slammed by one staff member. Have eaten here many times in the past without problem, such a shame that we and our extended family, friends, and many business contact will not be back soon."
