"We brought our guests to Currents expecting a dining experience and received anything but that. First, they were serving only their bistro menu, so the selection was sparse very disappointed we were not advised on this detail when we booked the reservation for...dinner. Second, the service was slow, inattentive and not friendly. Third, not all of our guests could even eat their meals due to it being either drowned in salt or overcooked. Very disappointing."

"Looking for something to eat after a long day in nature we discovered the Matterson House by chance. We went on to the porch and asked if a table for 6 was available.As we didn't want to sit outside (it was already cooling down) we had to wait for 10 minutes until a very friendly waitress led us to our nicely prepared table.We ordered starters and drinks and later the main cours.Everybody was surprised and really impressed. Everything was delicious. We especially recommend the locals' favorite: Crispy Chicken in Raspberry sauce. Very yummy! Also the desserts were really good. Totally worth the wait! :-)"

"Casual dine in place in the quaint little town of Ukee. Seating is bit cramped for bigger groups. Cedar Plank Salmon turned out a bland maple soya glaze? and didnt meet expectations.. Primavera Veggie pasta were ok albeit the confusion on the orders. Veggie version of Fettucini Alfredo was mediocre. Food portions are ok and taste is overall ok. No one should get annoyed if the customers ask more questions about the food and or its ingredients. Service could improve a lot. Overall an average experience"

"Had dinner and breakfasts here and the food was amazing, especially the Tuna Appetizer! Food 5 star, service 3 star. Servers themselves are polite and clean appearance, but very slow to bring waters, drinks and check ups."

"My wife and I had the tasting menu with wine pairings. We sat bar-style right by the kitchen. We witnessed artists making art. Amazing meal meticulously put together. The veal cheeks were both incredibly tender and crunchy. So many of the courses were amazing. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Service: 5"
