"This is unfortunately not the restaurant to offer them a beautiful evening meal experience. the small burrata was dry and sour a scandal for every restaurant claims to be Italian. the personal is friendly, but must learn a lot and improve the kedered water never came, the brot that we arrived for when I was made with my teller, and the “best”, for a chest of prefabricated brad and breaksticks, we were loaded 4.50 never again here"

"Enjoyable lunch. Nibbles were tasty appetiser and the mains were as described. The veal could have been a little bit tenderer. Wine selected from wine list was unavailable so another choice had to be made. Ok. Service was efficient and polite. Meal was good and value for money."

"The Spaghetti House is a very old chain and knows its place well and what it does. The welcome is good and staff attentive. Food was a tad overpriced for what it is. Wine was nice. Did not use any deals here. It is upstairs and good to get away from the crowds and relax a little. I always like booths for eating which they have. Wish they tidied up at the back old boxes and 'things ' make it look less professional than it actually is."

"Ok the sides when they arrived were fine, but everything was Luke warm/cold, as well as tough overcooked chicken. That brings this place up to 2 stars though. Otherwise it was an underwhelming experience from start to finish. Ordered on app from table. After a half hour wait had to ask for our drinks, a wine and a bottomless juice, but were delivered 2 small water glasses instead. Had to ask again, and eventually the wine appeared but never saw the bottomless glass even yet. Tbf all the food we ordered arrived correctly albeit 45 minute after ordering. Food came out on one dinner plate with multiple sides also for 2 of us dining, so had to ask a waiter for another dinner plate, which he agreed to bring but when he came back though didn’t have a plate and was serving a large table nearby. Unbeknownst to me he had delegated the task. On that went and found a plate for myself, then 5 minutes later a waitress brought the dinner plate even when she could see us now woth 2 dinner plates, albeit I accepted as didn’t want to confuse the little soul any further. The same young waitress was particularly attentive to her friends table next to us and made sure they had everything they needed repeatedly. Probably the smallest Nando’s I’ve ever eaten in and wasn’t particularly busy but speed and effectiveness of service was disappointing. I do wonder if it’s like a kind of training restaurant for staff before they get unleashed in busier and better restaurants of the chain."
