"From the minute we arrived we had friendly excellent service. The menu was very good and we couldn’t decide what to have, the lovely staff helped us and we opted for the crab Salad with new potatoes and the prawn platter with fries, we was not disappointed. The crab tested fresh, the prawns were so juicy and the scampi was the best I have had. The staff were really attentive and made us feel special"

"Food absolutely perfect, shakes are really the best in norwich. We have visisted a few times nows and always have a great evening the staff are always pleasant bar one miserable looking dark haired waitress who never smiles. Im not sure where some of the old staff have gone they were alot more attentive to the customers. I hope the one that was pregnant will be back soon, always happy smiling and nothing was too much trouble for her. As always great food and we will be back soon cant wait for the summer when we will be able to enjoy the great garden again"

"Terrible experience. They got our food order wrong and then were extremely rude when we asked them to amend it. The staff were not very helpful and the food was mediocre. There were bits of paper in the food. Which makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen, either that or the staff put it there because we complained."
