"Service let this down badly. Stood at bar for 10 Minutes and no one came. Then I was told I was 5 minutes late for the day menu! After discussing how long I was there they relented. Average food, dessert was good. Cask ale was pulled in a dirty glass."

"Popped in for drinks and really nice atmosphere. We sat in the garden and it was so relaxing. Drinks were a bit pricey but they are everywhere now to be fair. Staff were attentive and friendly."

"Visited here as a group of Newcastle fans, pre match against Derby, made welcome, Sky Sports, dog friendly, nice garden out back, decent pint at a decent price. Serving platters of 5 dishes god value for money and tasty. Would go back if in the area. £6 pound between 4 taxi to the game."

"Ordered a chicken shish kebab which comes with Pitta and salad. Cost £10 and a 20 minute wait. So I expected something very good. It wasn't good at all. A few withered looking lettuce leaves straight out a bag. No onion , cabbage, cucumber, tomato. Overly spiced chicken. If you can't do a great shish kebab for £10 takeaway then don't offer it. Very disappointed."
