"I guess poor customer service is an ongoing thing at this place. I've been a customer at Lomelis since 2010 and recently decided I will no longer be eating at this establishment. I ordered an online meal Combo 1 and Turkey sandwich which was already paidfor. I asked my Dad to pick up for me. He was given the wrong order(a pizza) and charged for it. I called the restaurant andsomeone hung up on me the first time. So, I called again and spoke with the Manager Russell. Russell admitted he made a mistakewith the orders and misheard the name Angie and confused it for Amy. Russell asked if my Dad can drive back 40min and get ouroriginal order. I said no my dad just drove 40min to and from. He said well since you can't drive down here. We are not going toloose money and you have to see things from our point of view. I was shocked by his response and asked to speak to someoneelse. He then offered a $12 dollar credit to the restaurant when we paid a total of $60 dollars for one large pizza we didn'torder and there mistake!!! Just to be fair. I would've settled for a refund and apology for their mistake. Never Again!"
