"It's a small, rustic outing place. Inside only one handful of tables, next to it a beautiful shady beer garden, all around only well-kept green. The map is of course manageable, but you don't expect more to be able. The food is prepared with attention to detail, so it should. The host is very nice and friendly. Anyone who likes to sit in the secluded green will be fully at his expense. Five stars for location, service, preparation, kindness. How nice that there is something like that! We look forward to the next time!"

"Ich vergöttere den Streuselkuchen (mit und ohne Obst) im Café und war gerade etwas überrascht, dass dies außer mir noch niemand offiziell kundtun wollte...? Meiner Ansicht nach genießt man das Lahncafé am besten im Sommer draußen auf der schönen Terrasse: mit Füßen oder Nase in der Sonne die Zeit verstreichen lassen, hin und wieder mit der Gabel ein Stück Kuchen aufgabeln, genüsslich zwischendurch an der riesigen Saftschorle oder dem leckeren Kaffee nippen, während im Hintergrund die Lahn rauscht: YES! Im Winter war ich auch schon mal dort - die Einrichtung war irgendwo zwischen skurril und liebevoll, die Bedienung freundlich, die Portionen groß. Eine in unserer Runde hatte eine sehr große Tagessuppe, die wohl sehr lecker war, und unsere Kuchenstücke waren gigantisch und so gar nichts für Diät-Anhänger :) Das Frühstück kenne ich nur vom Hörensagen, allerdings konnte es in der Erzählung nicht mit dem Streuselkuchen konkurrieren.Für die Freundlichkeit und die herrlich großzügigen Kuchenstücke gebe ich 4*, den fünften Punkt gibt es für den Streuselkuchen und die entspannte Terrasse an der Lahn. Freue mich jetzt schon auf die wärmeren Wochen des Jahres!"

"I'm really very glad I went into this wonderful café on Monday by chance. The ambience is very nice, great furnishings, very friendly staff and very nice owners. The asparagus soup was very delicious. I will definitely come again!"

"Pickup pizzeria with the possibility to eat there. The reception was friendly, the pizza succeeded. The Parma ham made its own smell miss and should be cut smaller, otherwise all good."
