"We were in juni one of the first guests at the new businessmen. these were very nice and friendly and eating and drinking was as usual okay. in December we were there two times and we were welcomed again nicely. love greetings to marion and uwe and we are definitely back with you next holiday"

"My son and I decided upon this small pub/restaurant based upon TA reviews, and we made a great decision. The food was excellent, plentiful, and really inexpensive. There was only one person working when we were there, but the place is very small (5 or 6 tables plus a small bar) and he had no trouble providing good service. He didn't speak English, but there is an English version of the menu he was able to provide. We had the schnitzel and the grilled meat dinner respectively. Both meals gave a ton of meat, and both came with a beautiful salad and a huge pile of fries (potato salad was available as well.) We left stuffed, but very happy.This restaurant is a bit outside of Reutte, but is only a couple minutes drive. If you want simple, authentic Austrian food for a very reasonable price, you won't go wrong here."

"The restaurant of the Alpenhotel ammerwald (ownership of bmw) is located (always) on a small road in the direction of the plansee a few kilometers from the German border, but in the autumn. the site, in the middle of 'nulle part', is grandiose and absolutely quiet. the menu is superb offering regional dishes but also a more continental or exotic cuisine full of flavors and in all cases of quality and excellent standard. the wine list is very correct. Topics are proposed over time over the months. The staff is welcoming, available and very kind (even if you don't speak German!). deserves more than a detour, the quality/quantity and originality ratio is obvious.To recommend especially."
