"Glacially slow service and distinctly average food. However, worse still was flagrant dishonesty. Asked to take away quite a nice bottle of wine, which the waiter ‘kindly’ put into a bag before giving it to us. When we got back to our apartment we realised...that he had palmed us off with a wine costing half the price, hence the bag."

"It was probably my big mistake to go there without checking actual reviews about this Stub' n before. Servis and the Staff was generally really slow, They haven't basic training how to do it with care. IT seems,that guests disturbing them. The food wasn't cooked according tradicional recipe. Who knows tafelspitz from Wiener Plachutta restaurant, don't order the same here please. Don't risk a bad joke with a dry cold beef( cooked a day before, maybe more older) with baked potatoes.We've get all our order Back, never again.Vladimir"

"Wir waren hier an unserem ersten Abend in Sölden aufgrund der Empfehlungen hier in Tripadvisor. Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier sind wir neugierig mit gemischten Gefühlen hin.Der Empfang war kühl aber freundlich. Auch der Service war eher kühl und distanziert. Wir hatten somit zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Es fehlt absolut an Herzlichkeit. Es kann natürlich durchaus sein, dass die Herzlichkeit bei den HP-Hotelgästen irgendwann nach einigen Abenden aufkommt. Das mag ich nicht zu beurteilen.Das Essen ist insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir Carpaccio (ok, aber lediglich mit Öl beträufelt, den Parmesan gab es nur in Form eines Salatkörbchen, dass ich zuletzt vor gut 10 Jahren gesehen habe), Almkäseecken (gebacken wie bei uns ein Camenbert und genauso angerichtet wie früher) eine Frittatensuppe und einen kleinen Salat.Hauptgang:Saibling mit Taglkiatelle war absolut in Ordnung, Die Forelle war leider aus. Der Mixed grillteller war maximal durchschnittlcih und sah aus wie beim Jugoslawen, was jetzt nicht negativ gemeint ist. Das Fleich war aber nur lauwarm udn allesamt durchgebraten. Das "regionale" Kalbsschnitzel war eher zäh, viel zu dick und die Panade mehlig. ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass es überhaupt gekopflt wurde. Ein Schnitzel sollte man in so einem Restaurant schon in passabler Qualität hinbekommen.Das Dessert war ebenfalls gerade einmal durchschnitt.Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass man da sicher mal hingehen kann, die Erwartungen dürfen aber nicht zu hoch sein.Unsere Rechnung betrug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder inkl. einer Flasche Wein über 200,- €. Dafür hätte ich mehr erwartet."
