"Really, it's about the beer. The food is only protein and carbohydrates to help the beer to be down. To be in the middle of an industrial area, it is hard to say that it has a lot of atmosphere"

"The coffee seemed grainy and bitter, although at least it was hot and strong and creamy. The croissant was not very flaky or buttery. They have an interesting line of bread for sale but I'm not sure that I want to chance it. The interior (which is nice) has a coffee counter at the front and a food counter at the back but they wanted you to order at the front. This was fine for eating in but for takeaway, you might have to collect coffee from the front and food from the back. Plus they seemed to have to type the full name of each item into their computer to get it to register, so it took ages to get served."

"I asked a friend about Joe's Restaurant and I received great reviews, so I decide I would check it out. I organized a little family get together there and had a superb night out. The staff were welcoming and looked after us as soon as we arrived.Although the chicken schnitzel was recommended to me I want to try something else.The food ranges from Italian to Portuguese style dishes with the prices way to good for the sizes they offer. I would recommend this place to anyone working or living in the Alexandria/Mascot/Rosebery areas or someone like myself who lives approx 20 minute drive away.Great job guys with the serve and quality of food, I'll be seeing you again :)"

"Eating here right now. Monday schnitzel special. Meal with chips and salad which is nice. Almost finished and drink i ordered still hasn't arrived. Got up and asked for drinks. Mango milkshake not worth the wait. Weak in flavor."
