"Since it has been newer, the fuchshöhle is no longer worth visiting. top location, but kitchen is boring and craftsmanship only at street café level. pity, has lost bad bags with the old pächterns also one of the last really fine restaurants in the city area."

"The kiwi lemonade was amazing, can definitely recommend. Service is great. Sadly the burger was not cooked all the way through. If the burger was fully cooked it would’ve been great. Schnitzel was too greasy inside."

"Early December 2019 a colleague and myself completed a 14 hour journey by road from UK to Germany by road to our pre booked hotel in Bad Sackingen, when we arrived tired, hungry and freezing, we found our Hotel locked up with no staff, no restaurant, no bar! We had no option but to drive into town 9.30pm and start going door to door, by chance we visited Chicknicks, the staff there were brilliant, they fed us, arranged rooms, drink and could not have been more helpful, the rooms were superb, clean tidy modern and far better than many I have used at twice the price! 100% recomended on all and every level. Brilliant staff and we would definately use again!"
