"We had the Kaiserschmarren, you have to say for 9,90 € very clear. Everything else we saw was good and plentiful. The service was apparently overwhelmed or she didn't like tourists. Half a dozen we had to call to pay. Other guests are beaten once, they were immediately cashed. Every time she said she was coming, but didn't come. Therefore, no good assessment."

"There is a fair choice of restaurants in the old town of Bad Toelz, but sometimes a pleasant walk to the other side of the river and a slight detour via the beautiful Kurpark will help to work up a healthy appetite. You’ll need it at the Schlossl in the Schuetzenstrasse. The restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere and the excellent Ayinger beer. Though you will not enter a gourmet heaven, the food we have had here over the past years was always well prepared and nicely presented. However, a little smile from the waitress would make all the difference, but what do I know about other peoples troubles. As I said before, you need to be hungry to order the Riesenschnitzel (EUR 12.80, pork), in fact there were two schnitzels on the plate, plenty of pommes-frites and side-plate of fresh mixed salad. Not all Schnitzels in Bad Toelz compare well with this offering. Go for it! Furthermore, there is a good choice of wines and of course the agreeable Ayinger beer to accompany your meal. Unfortunately, I will have to deduct one star for the indifferent service. As a paying guest, I like to be made welcome, looked after, even spoiled - it would make such a difference to the otherwise good meal."

"Wir besuchten Enzo letztes Wochenende, nachdem ich dort seit Schulzeiten nicht mehr war. Das war über 20 Jahre her. Damals waren die Pizzas bekannt und sehr gut. Diesmal empfand ich die Pizza als auch Pasta bestenfalls als mittelmässig. Die Preise sind sehr gut, aber die Küche würde gut daran tun, bessere Qualität einzukaufen, dafür die Preise 2-3€ zu erhöhen. Z.B. das Fleisch der Spaghetti Bolognese war nicht gut. Aber für 5€ ok. Lieber bezahle ich 8-9€ und erhalte sehr gutes Rinderhack. Bei anderen Gerichten ging es uns allen ähnlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und gut. Die Lage mitten in der Marktstrasse ist an einem Sommertag wunderschön."

"Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her hätte ich mir mehr versprochen. Die Bedienung machte einen leicht gehetzten Eindruck. Weil sie reichlich zu tun hatte, war ihre Aufmerksamkeit eingeschränkt. Die Gaststube an sich wirkt aber sehr gemütlich. Nur das "Helle" ist frisch gezapft, alles andere ist leider Flaschenbier und das kann man auch Zuhause trinken."
