"As we have seen this in schleswig holstein the barkasse one of the best reviews, and also many competent ones we wanted to book a table, by phone when visiting büsum for 2 persons. from beautiful Wednesday where was pure sun. unfortunately they had rest day and so we postponed it to Friday. we have been treated on the phone very nice and friendly with a thank you for the reservation. at five days in büsum we were eating three times here. several dishes were offered with pictures in the menu and each of the picture dress we ordered was dressed as on the photo on the teller, amazing and very appetizing. when we entered the restaurant we were taken by a lady friendly in reception and asked whether smoker or non-smoking, we answered the question with the note that we have reserved and was led to our table in the non-smoking area, the winter garden. what we also felt as pleasant was the fact that one is always taken at the door in the reception, as in the usa and to the table. directly at the harbour pool of a wooden yard where we could also rent apartments lies the restaurant to the barkasse. you go over a beautiful terrace in the restaurant protected by wind and rain with views of the courts and open kitchen. here you can see how fish and other foods are prepared and also prepared. it is all very maritim decorated in dark wood and brass. beautiful lighting with many exceptional produckt on the walls. ships, control wheels as lamps, brass pans and cookers, with high and low water indicator, many fresh crimped in pots. in the back area, smoker feels like in old good stub with red leather chairs and a red couch. besides the entrance of the old wc is an empore for about five guests with many hints and report about the restaurant of timeung and the cookbooks written here. small note with regard to cookbooks, we got when we ordered the skrei on linsengemüse the recipe written by the chef, great. right next to the upheaval is a half of a row ship in which the cookbooks are pretty to view with many decoration. on the walls are beautiful maritime paintings and old photos from the busumer fishing harbour. the ceiling lighting is very beautiful as stars skymade. then you come to the winter garden of the still more maritime is furnished than the good stubborn. with bright leather chairs and noble wood tables. also here are old ships in the window area and many old still original shipping products. windows after all sides with beautiful view of the shipyard and the harbour. you can see how the ships on the ship are processed, painted and pulled up and down in the harbour. the wc rooms are older but very clean and equipped with new towel and washing machines, as well as for disinfecting the hands. when we sat and the menu was brought and we offered variation of the jakobsmuschels as well as a green pfeffersteak in calvados sauce. it was politely asked for our drink request and we chose a bottle chardonnay 2012 hatari from south africa for 13.90 €. the wine was excellent, no great and exceptional class but very good, with light acid in taste. price performance was in order. when we decided for the scree, Norwegian kabeljau filet with lenses nice was unfortunately only a portion there that we took. we took the cunning from the map with sprinkled garnels from the mangroves in pepper cream sauce with light cognac taste, with salat in a parmesan peel. the skrei was nicely cooked. we asked about the garnish because it seemed exceptional to us and we were told that it was fried like original white carving in organic orange peel and always spilled over with the hot clarified butter. (or so similar, I'm not a professional. dressed on pretty red and black lenses with small colorful fresh vegetables in a crimped sauce. to this filet from the bio orangen. as a supplement on the teller there were greypen risotto, graype I actually never liked but the risotto was with colorful little sweet cube and parmesan a great variety, from the day I like gray. (although only so the circus with the supplements I can really recommend. tasty lenses a really nice dish, visual as well as tasteful for 23,90 €. the mangroves were garnel, as well as the skrei super fried and served with a good pfeffer sauce on ofenkartoffel. There was a juicy one that didn't fit all nine garnels in the potato. the salat was also beautiful, many sorts of leaf salad were served here along with an appetizing marinade in parmesan peel. on the salat you found fresh champignons, various sorts tomatoes, green, yellow and red as well as roasted pine nuts. toasted white bread with crumbling for 23,90 €. Both dishes were excellent. when the little gruß came out of the kitchen we were very amazed, was visually a great variation, see photo. jakobsmuschel stripe under potato, roasted. has certainly taken one for expertly. fresh leaf spinach foam with sage. artfully served on the pretty dish. where I want to draw attention to beautiful cutlery and cheerful. service 5 stars, eat (if I could 7 5 stars, price 5 stars and ambiente as well as cleanliness 5 stars. here we will surely come back."

"Büsumer Krabbe Restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from the family-friendly family lagoon of Perle Bay. The North Sea Street is quite long, but the restaurant is well signposted. It is hidden by a parking lot directly at a large campsite. In the summer months and in beautiful weather, the large outdoor terrace, some of which are also equipped with heaters, is ideal for staying. In the week there are also barbecue evenings. Directly next to the terrace there is a large lawn area, on which there is a mini golf course and a game and adventure playground so very family-friendly. Since I'm a big buffalo fan and wanted to return here on my last holiday (which we didn't do in time), we went here on our first evening. The name Krabbe also fits the North Sea and so I was curious what we were expecting here kulinarisch. It was very warm this day and all tables were occupied on the large outdoor terrace. But since we were four people, and everyone wanted to sit together, we talked about the operation. She also did not hesitate long and took a table from a table row at which only two people sat down and set it to our happiness directly under a large parasol. There was still enough space, so my parents, my sister and I could easily take it. While she brought us the menu, she asked us if we had a drink request. We all ordered ourselves a little Alsterwasser. When the menu went through, the water was really flowing in the mouth, many dishes just sounded delicious. I could try it. The Matjes also looked good, only the roast potatoes were, unfortunately, quite muddy. The potato roasts with the North Sea crabs were tastefully good. After dinner we were all very satisfied. We ordered three more cappuccinos. These were still served with a small cookie on the spoon. In addition, a smiley was scattered with cocoa powder in the top of the cappuccino foam with a smiley template. A really good idea. Very satisfied and well saturated we then left the restaurant or terrace and made us slowly and comfortably on the way back to our holiday home."

"Friendly and open-minded employees welcomed us when we entered and we were kindly guided to a place. This friendly service drew like a red thread through our visit. After we had ordered the food, whose production I could see through a large window, it didn't take long until we got the food served. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation were excellent. The taste experience unique. Just as we're back in Büsum, we'll see again.
