"Unas gives you - huge portions of amazing quality food. Anything on the menu is good and massive!- an equally impressive price tag. I have never walked out of this place feeling either poor , or hungry!- a nice escape from the usual pretentious eastern suburbs restaurants rubbish It won't give you 5 star service. "Has been on my list of restaurants to visit for a long time and we finally made it. Didn't know you could book so we were very lucky to get the last two seats in the window perfect position for people watching. Lovely, warm,...sleek and cosy restaurant and welcoming, friendly service from the minute we opened the door. Waiter took my coat and seated us and was straight back with menus. We ordered wine by the glass from the very good wine list. Lots of interesting sounding cocktails but it was a red wine night. Loved the slim stemmed wine glasses. We loved the food. Very inventive and unusual and our favourite dish of the night was the pan fried gnocchi with lap cheong sausage with chilli. Soft, fluffy pillows of gnocchi generously coated in an umami rich kombu butter. Simple and really delicious. We also really liked the comte gourgere a big choir pastry puff with a delicious comte cheese. Heavenly aroma and very refined taste. We were also pleasantly surprised by the noise levels. For once we could hear ourselves talk. Hurray. Highly recommended."

"Una's is a good restaurant for a really big (and decent reasonably priced food). We came here for our Thursday lunch. It was a bit busy, but we could quickly find a place. The service was fast and pleasant. Grief

I ordered the chicken schnitzel with a Schöfferhofer beer. I did not finish the schnitzel as it was a massive serving. The Rosti supplied with the Schnitzel, who came with the schnitzel, was a bit dry. I hope you make it tasting the next time, maybe season with something ... <br>
