"We were eating here on recommendation. The excellent reviews have made us curious. Beef tartar was very good, as was the pumpkin soup. Ochsenbäckchen very good, Semmelknödel could be looser, were too strong. Eat well. Side salad moderate, salad sauce less satisfying maish chicken breast with pumpkin risotto: chicken breast good and juicy, except for a piece that doesn't count as a chest: bones and tough risotto at the beginning still acceptable consistency, which became compact and pampy from minute to minute, cooked slightly too long. Couldn't eat it. Taste moderate. The worst, however, was the sauce served, which was quite good for itself, but was identical to the oxen sauce and was neither suitable for the risotto nor the chicken. A nogo. Similarly amazed we were frozen over the parfait, which was served in a coffee cup, like an ice block. It was almost impossible to chop something out with the coffee spoon. Guest room very simply rustic, as almost 50 years ago, somewhat sweet. A space is modern rustic. Service very friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot understand the reviews of others. Too bad, because individual components were very good, but the deficiencies were too large in the whole."

The current situation and the outlook for the coming did not bring relaxed hospitality after the holidays. A short weighing and we tried it once in the Irodion in Fellbach. And what a surprise, there were still places for the evening. The house has been doing well for a long time. And because we immediately thought of friends, of course without asking before, we reserved for 4 people. However, we had the bill without the guest or what that means. Because our friends had already reserved for the evening at the Schiller in Fellbach. Yeah, the Schiller, I've been interested in it for a long time. If one heard all the original and good of it and here on GG it is praised, though the reviews are already a few days old. Well, then call the Schiller. On the friendly first contact came a requested call after 4 minutes, it would have worked to extend the reservation to 4 persons and to shift the seats accordingly. Very nice, now cancelled in the Irodion, of course not without asking the opening hours about the holidays, and the evening could come. After this short rollercoaster ride at noon we were naturally curious. Since Schiller is located in Fellbach next to the spacious park of the Schwabenlandhalle, but even has only their 3 parking spaces in front of the house. At the Schwabenlandhalle there is a car park with as much civilian prices as 1€/h. There should be a 100m walk so you can call it that. The house is flattering. And immediately after the wind, we were also immediately illuminated to our vaccination status. The entire prescribed program has been worked very fluid but also friendly. A model! Then a short match with the reservation book and we could take a seat to wait for our friends. Pretty rustic furnishings. As always, she came to the table on 4 wheels. But did not need a chair. The reason for operationality came immediately with many excuses. Our counterparts decided once for the Schnitzelbert and once for the Jägerschnitzel in Champignonrahmsoße. If I discover a Maron cream soup 5,50 on the map I usually order it. It reminded more of a Maronenbrei. It was a bit bad. My wife's flädlesupp looked great and came to the table already hot. The leaves were good, although a trace too soft, but the broth had quite little content. Very reserved. This soup lives from a strong broth. We would not have expected that from a Swabian house with this claim or better. It did nothing, the service was asked for salt and pepper. Well, the start was clear. But there were still the main foods and they came immediately, at the same time! and beautiful spiking looking. And my counterpart Schnitzelbert kept what he promised. A chest of a Camembert lay on the scavenger and get caught. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of it, but it looked sucking. And according to our friend's testimony, it tasted just like that. His sweetheart was also very satisfied with her hunter carving. I couldn't even see the sauce alone. My love got two sliced pork chips of the buzzing kind. Well, and my haxe has been looking forward to their existence for a long time. A wheat beer was ordered right before. Tonic water and haxe, so please don't do that. There was an extra knife to the haxe so that the crispy resche Schwarte could also be cut properly. And it was really great! The meat was also well seasoned and pleasantly tender and fell from the bone almost without knives. Perhaps I would have liked a trace more tenderly, but that may be due to the attitude. But even with this little manco it was good to eat and taste. The dark beer sauce also had a good taste and was then fully absorbed with the decent bread. It was perhaps not the best haxe I had ever eaten but outside Upper Bavaria and Swabians I had never had such a good one. Bad tongues would now say that I had eaten only three haxes outside these regions so far, but two of them were definitely not so good and another one was privately cried. It is therefore due to the valuation ; The supplemental salad I ordered was with the other courts. With the exception of the very decent potato salad, it was as far as possible a leaf salad with a sweet but edgy-sauren good vinaigrette. Different salads, each separately made, are preferred and love them and hope always in such houses, but this is probably no longer quite stringent in Swabian houses. Finally, there was something sweet for my love. Panna cotta with Bratapfel filling 5,50 . The Panna cotta was, according to her statement, I can't talk; very tasty. Only a bit of hard shell pieces in the brat apple would have been a bit disturbing. Finally, we were filled well and tidy. It has almost all tasted well and the haxe I would order again. But also the Schnitzelbert would make me very attractive. The PLLV thus the PLV together with the location in Fellbach is more than decent. Vom S-Bahnhof in Fellbach fährt man mit der Linie 60 bis zur Haltestelle Dieselstr.und von da aus sind es wenige Meter bis zum Besen (für Alle die gerne auch was trinken wollen)Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend und man hat auch eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.Man sollte zumindest am Wochenende unbedingt reservieren, denn der Besen ist gut besuchtWorüber man sich bewußt sein sollte ist, daß wie in anderen gut besuchten Besenwirtschaften der Lärmpegel im Lokal teilweise sehr hoch ist, und somit eignen sich solche Lokale eher für Familien und Gruppen, als z. B.für verliebte Pärchen"

The place is something hidden and without the local knowledge of our companions we would not have found it. In the center 30 The restaurant is rustic furnished, comfortably furnished and at home in the heart of the Fellbach district.
