"We were in Belhurst Castle on Wednesday night. I really wanted to eat at Edgar. I called earlier in the week, but reservations were booked. When we arrived, we checked in the restaurant and were still full. We stopped a little later and they sat in the bar area at a table (as they were still full). Service was great! The bartender/waiter was very attentive. The food was good, but the atmosphere was great. I thought my dinner was a little expensive $50 for 6 Jumbo Scallops over white rice and a few farmers upstairs. Wine was also expensive. $34 for the same bottle we had just bought in their wine store for $19. When we brought our own bottle, there was a fee of $15. Dessert was excellent. It was a nice quiet dinner."
