"I seldom post a review like this but there will always be the odd one. This place has confirmed why it was lacking customers and easy to get served when we visited recently.Short for time we ducked in to get a quick bite and it was a disaster. All round it was the most poorly customer focused and enjoyable experience I have had for years when buying a meal.The bacon and cheese burger I had was 'micro ovened' and was as appealing as an injured leopard and to make sure I got the message the chicken was full of bones !When raising this and other concerns I made no progress prior to asking for the 'Manager' who after some time presented in a half interested manner and also looked like she was about eleven years old ! needless to say I was treated with absolute disregard. Confirming that the rubber burger was indeed micro heated she said they would ultimately avoid that process in future some time and that I should get over it !Give the place a miss and tell everyone else as well."

"I went to dinner at this hotel with my son, I ordered scotch fillet steak with mash and vegies with mushroom gravy, the meals came out in super fast time and tasted absolutely fantastic 10/10"

"I have never been one to write reviews or provide feedback but in this particular case I think it is necessary. It is only because the standard of service provided at the Dandenong restaurant needs to be improved dramatically. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly waiter who took our order but failed to read it back to us. That resulted in not receiving the right toppings on my Short stack that I then had to wait another 10minutes to be prepared. We also asked for some water for the table which by the time the food came out, was still nowhere to be seen. The lady who appeared to be the manager offered no apology nor cared at all by the looks of it.I am a reasonable person and these errors are something I would happily put aside the first time, however when one has been repeatedly disappointed by the service, I wonder why I don't take my money elsewhere. Last time I was there they completely forgot I was even there and was waiting a good 20minutes to order (and they forgot my water until I asked again!) The only reason anyone is still going back to this place is because the chefs at the back can still churn out some pretty good food. Other than that, please improve the service. Ps - This may be pushing it but if there was a restaurant that needed a facelift, this is it!"

"This was a quick visit as I had flown in late and had to stop at the plaza to grab a few things. The welcome to the RSL was great, we were informed of what was happening for the night. When we ate, the service was quick and the food came very fast, it was your standard chicken parmie, it would've been improved with some salad and chips instead of just chips, looked very bland on the plate without some simple salad to add some colour. A great place for a beer and a cheap meal."
