"A bright, clean café with pleasant helpful staff and a glowing dog that hopefully raises on scrap. We had a chicken souvlaki and a dish of fried cheese, and both were very tasty and cheap. Also had Greek coffee, which was really sluggish. They do not serve tap water, only filled. Free parking is available on the street."

"An authentic local find. The name suggests it’s a grill and as there is a pool you might think it’d be trashy it is not! We didn’t eat but peeking at other customers’ tables, the food looked great and menu not too meat centric (suitable for veggies) Lovely cocktails and non alcoholic options. Reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d recommend going toward the start of your trip as the staff find time to talk to you, if you want advice about the area. Some other good restaurants in the area get so busy the staff can’t stop!"

"Amazing place. Good for spice lovers. Good for mild lovers. Good traditional Hungarian food. Everything is great. Their schnitzel is the best in town, their mushrooms are amazing and the salads are the reason for me to eat salads. Everything is super tasty, the portions are huge (salads and warm food). The prices are very low a person can eat to death for less than 8€, the quality maintaining high. Everything tastes and smells fresh. I have been going there for a long time and don't think I'll ever stop. Look for no place else!!!!"

"A delightful but relaxed restaurant that eats is delicious and well prepared while the atmosphere is relaxed thanks to friendly staff. we tried a series of directed, salat, apaki, high-time, sausage, saganaki, huge zucchini balls, filled wein leaves. everything was delicious and full of taste. it is common to get a free nibbel before and/or after eating in Greece, but merastri went over and beyond with a plate of freshly baked broth, minze raki and orange cake with ice. I would definitely return and recommend merastri."
