"Good portion benton, surprisingly delicious and fresh sashimi. miso suppe was mediocre, but I was happy with eating. what most disappointed me was the service, very slow. at the end of our meal I stood up to ask for the removal of container, then there was a kerl (properly manager? who thought I would run away or so, called me to come to his side with the Eftpos machine. that was unacceptable. never come back, there are much more good opportunities."

"Tried various Korean dishes here. The seafood Korean pancake was really big, about a size of small pizza and quite thick too. Assorted steamed dumplings were average but tteubokkis were nice! Half a chicken of soy chickens were also pretty nice, it came with few pieces of white rice cakes : really nice side dishes on offer too so worth coming here if you want to have some Korean food I reckon!"

"Having visited Canberra once a year for the last five, I have enjoyed exploring its pub scene very much. However the Duck's Nuts was my first miss rather than a hit. Very modern, which will be fine for some, it lacks character. (I'm British. It's what I look for in a pub.) The beers were excellent with a wide range of craft drops on tap. The food was a lottery. Some of us loved the food others found the duck and chips a pile of sticky stodge. Staff were friendly and welcoming but I will not return."

"Meals were good size, like old fashioned pub meals. quality was excellent. our group has surf n turf, parmy schnitzel. the steak was excellent the topper of garlic prawns also excellent. service was great did not have to wait long for the...food, even though the dining area was big nearly full."

"When I saw that sign on the door, I thought "terrific! Central Cafe from Queanbeyan has opened up here in Gunners!". But it's not to be unfortunately :(.The servings are huge, but the prices reflect them as well (in Queanbeyan it was huge portions and normal prices). And something's missing.... the taste has been magically taken out of all the food somehow. When you order bacon and eggs, the bacon should be crispy, salty, and juicy... I'm salivating just thinking about it. But what comes out is floppy, oily, dry. The eggs were watery and again, no flavour.I soooooo much wanted to rave about this place. I wanted it to be my new local.But it's not, and I can't recommend it. So much hope :(."

"Shopping hard for a wedding ring and sunglasses it was time for a coffee and a treat for being a good boy. Popped into CoB , greeted with a smile and a hello how are you today? We placed our order and it arrived in quick time and as ordered, Hot, weak and skinny. I had a carrot cake and my wife had an apple crumble cheesecake (we shared the cheesecake, to die for)Thanks all, this happy boy refreshed and ready for more shopping. See you again soon."
