"We were on our way through and have eaten for dinner due to the good reviews in the Waldschänke. I ordered the Försterinschnitzel with Pfifferlingen for 14.80 euros, which was praised on an extra board. I get a tough scavenger with crispy panade, which is due to the preparation in the fryer. On the one hand, fried carvings in the pan are juicy, on the other hand the panade is soft and brighter at the edges because they do not fry in the fat. The whole part was maybe covered with pawlings. It was precisely not possible to notice the taste because the carving and the pifferlings were baked with a thick layer of cheese. There was also a white leaf salad for rich 3,80 euros. My husband had ordered pork medallions. This food was not tolerated tastefully except for the small amount. But my husband has not been sated. However, the very friendly and attentive service is to be emphasized. There was nothing to complain about here. Therefore, at least one star for this gastronomy."
