"Mein Freund Jürgen feierte mit seiner Familie und uns seinen Geburtstag im Würzburger Hof. Wir würden für die Vorspeisen 8 Punkte, für die Hauptgänge 10 Punkte und für die Nachspeisen auch 10 von 10 Punkten vergeben. Schade ist, dass man ohne Reservierung im längeren Vorraus keinen Platz bekommt, sons wären wir des öfteren spontan zum Essen hier."

"I may not be quite fair but we had booked a table for two on a Saturday night. It is in a prime location in Ladenburg. When we arrived I couldn't believe it: we were and remained the only ones. It is a very rustic place (scrubbed table tops, that sort of thing).I was reasonably happy (two out of three items on my plate were good and the pan fried potatoes reminded me of more innocent days when fat and calories didn't matter much but stuff tasted good. My wife was very disappointed and I can see why: her Wiener Schnitzel was clearly below par. The beer was good though."

"Forschner's in the shelter, what do you need to know here? We visited Forschner 's in the Schützenhaus several times this summer, more precisely the beer garden out. You sit protected by trees and a hedge and the farm itself in the field in front of Dossenheim-Schriesheim. I have a good look at the Odenwald. The beer garden has a really beautiful and beer garden typical atmosphere. The services have always been nice and friendly and you can even talk to Mr Forschner. It is noticeable that there are many regular customers here and you know each other. This speaks very much for the Forschner 's.The food is always perfect. Fresh, bourgeois cuisine in extremely high quality of products. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that Forschner is actually a butcher. There are delicious regional beers (Ladenburger). What more do you want in a beer garden? We like to come back.PS:A note: negative reviews are sometimes legitimate, but I have read here are not understandable. Those who complain about waiting times for food in a full beer garden did not understand the concept of beer garden. To get tired and fast full food, there are döner and McDoof.Sometimes just drink beer and wait for the food. A beer garden is also a social event and a place where you should leave your stress outside the door.And the reviews that are negative with regard to food can actually be only fake. We have not experienced what is described here once. Perhaps the reason for the negative food assessments of some people is rather to find in their own brains instead of on the plate."

"Nach dem Besuch einer Gartenschau wollten wir vor unserer Heimfahrt noch was essen . Wir gingen also gegen 17:30 Uhr zur Kartoffel. Der Biergarten einfach und lieblos gestaltet. Ausser uns noch ca 8 Gäste. Die Bedienung freundlich aber langsam. Nach 20 Minuten hatten wir unsere Getränke auf das Essen mussten wir über 1 Stunde warten. Die bestellten Kartoffel " ersoffen " im Sauerrahm, die gefüllten Champignons lagen in einer undefinierten dicken Soße . Der angebotene Wein ist m.E. zu teuer. Fazit: wir waren enttäuscht, werden beim nächsten Mal in Ladenburg ein anderes Lokal ausprobieren."
