"The valley mill is beautifully situated in the green and you can walk well before or after the meal. The place is rustic and natural. Prices are rather cheap, but quality does not have to be cut off. So we enjoyed regional cuisine here well and cheap, and if it fits again we will gladly return there."

"On arrival my first thought for good old German food was Pork Schnitzel. The best I was told was at this hotel and I was not dissapointed. Beautifully prepared, tasty and presentation perfect with a side of salad, pommes and a glass of good Rhein Reisling completed the dinner with no thought for desert! My partner had the same and was also not dissapointed. The sauce was typical very tasty as a gravy and the service superb. On a side note if you want to make a family night of it the Bowling Alley is there also if you feel so inclined. Quiet location with options for private room, large dining room, or outside in the sun.Brilliant service, wonderfully clean (actually spotless) and service with a smile :) \I would definitely go again."

"After almost two years we finally managed to eat the delicious pizzas here. They are still very well occupied and taste superlender. We had our first drink empty at some point and had to call the service, otherwise no one would have come. Otherwise all very nice."

"If you are wanting a homely, down to earth family meal and am into Motorbikes then this place is the place to find. The pub provides all the normal German beers and wines and has a seperate outside smoking area., I had Garlic soup which was superb followed by Pork Schnitzel and a delightful mushroom sauce all well priced (inexpensive) and washed down with some German Riesling. Ample proportions and homely and clean surroundings. The proprietor is a local famous motor bike rider (racing) of old and Thursday nights see's all the motorbike fraternity here to frequent the place and you can cruise all the racing pictures on the walls and talk bikes.Other days only locals, who are friendly and warm as per usual. Well worth the visit on an evening after a long walk through the forests of Taunus. Its a walk from the local train station (probably 20 minutes uphill) so best if you have local transport. If staying in the village a pushbike will get you there comfortably or the local taxi service will also help...."
